Our staff is a group of dedicated professionals who have received formal education as well as specialized training as Arborists. We are members of the National Arbor Day Foundation and the International Society of Arboriculture (ISA). Dan Groves, the president of Olympic Tree & Land Management, Inc. is an ISA Certified Arborist as well as the climbing instructor for the Urban Tree Management program at Paul Smith's College.

Our core team is supplemented by seasonal staff, often composed of students from Urban Forestry Programs.
